Lazanja čorba / Lasagna Soup

Da se zagrejete sada kada krene hladno vreme...

Potrebno:

  • 1 crni luk
  • 3 čena belog luka
  • 1 zelena paprika
  • oko 300-400gr mlevenog mesa
  • 2 kašike paradajz pirea
  • 1 konzerva paradajz pelata
  • 2 lovorova lista
  • 1 kašičica majčine dušice
  • so, biber
  • 1,5 l supe
  • oko 200gr testenine
i još :
  • rikota ili krem sir
  • malo rendanog kačkavalja
Priprema:
Na malo ulja ispržiti sitno seckan crni luk. Kad omekša dodati kockice paprike i sitno seckan beli luk i kratko propržiti. Zatim dodati meso i pržiti dalje da meso promeni boju. Dodati pire, pelat i začine, pa naliti supom. Kad čorba proključa smanjiti vatri i kuvati poklopljeno oko 20-30'. Dodati testeninu i kuvati još nekoliko minuta da testenina omekša.
Prilikom serviranja, u tanjir sipati čorbu, pa preko dodati rikotu ili krem sir i sve posuti rendanim kačkavaljem.

Napomena: Ukoliko jelo spremate dan ranije, nemojte dodavati testeninu, nego tek sutradan kada čorbu podgrejete.

Lasagna Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • about 300-400gr ground meat (beef and pork)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt, pepper
  • 1,5 l soup
  • about 200gr pasta
and:
  • ricotta or cream cheese
  • grated cheese
Directions:
Heat some oil on a middle high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened. Add the diced pepper and chopped garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the meat and cook until meat is browned a little. Add the tomato paste and can of tomatoes, season by taste and bring to a boil. Cook covered on a middle high heat for 20-30'. Add the pasta and cook until the pasta is softened.
Pour the soup into the bowls and top with ricotta or cream cheese and sprinkle with some grated cheese.

Note: If you are preparing the meal day ahead don't put the pasta in it. The next day when you are reheating the soup then add the pasta.
