Snickers tart

Snickers Tart

Potrebno za testo za 6 tartića prečnika oko 10cm:

  • 225gr brašna
  • 150gr hladnog maslaca
  • 2 kašike šećera u prahu
  • 2 kašike kakao praha
  • 3-4 kašike mleka
za fil:
  • 6x50gr snickers čokolade
  • 4 kašike slatke pavlake
Priprema:
Za testo, ubacite u multipraktik brašno i kockice maslaca i pulsirajte da dobijete mrvice. Dodajte šećer, kakao i mleko i pulsirajte par puta da se testo poveže. Ili rukama, utrljajte maslac u brašno, pa dodajte ostale sastojke i umesite testo. Ohladite ga 30 minuta u frižideru.
Ohlađeno testo razvucite na debljinu od 3 mm i isecite ga u veličini pleha. Obložite plehove testom i izbockajte viljuškom. Stavite ih u zamrzivač na 20'. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 15'. Ohladite.
Za fil, istopite usitnjenu čokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom i napunite testo. Ostavite da se stegne.

Snickers Tart

 Ingredients for the pastry for 6 tarts 10cm in diameter:
  • 225gr flour
  • 150gr cold butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp milk
for the filling:
  • 6x50gr snickers bars
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
For the dough, put the flour and diced butter in the multiprocessor and pulse a couple of times. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and milk and pulse to get a ball of dough. Or rub the butter into the flour, add the other ingredients and knead the dough. Chill for 30'.
Roll the dough to 3mm thickness and cut in a size of the molds. Line the molds with the dough and freeze for 20'. Bake in the preheated oven to 200C for 15'. Cool completely.
For the filling, melt the chopped chocolate with the cream. Fill the pastry case with the filling and let set.

Kikiriki kolač / Peanut Cake

Potrebno za koru:
  • 5 belanaca
  • 200gr šećera
  • 1 kašika ulja
  • 2 kašike brašna
  • 200gr pečenog,neslanog,mlevenog kikirikija
za fil:
  • 5 žumanaca
  • 12 kašika šećera
  • 6 kašika brašna
  • 500ml mleka
  • 50gr čokolade za kuvanje
  • 250gr maslaca
za glazuru:
  • 100gr čokolade za kuvanje
  • par kašika ulja
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 180C.Veliki pleh od rerne obložiti papirom za pečenje,a papir blago podmazati.
Umutiti belanca sa prstohvatom soli u ne tako čvrst sneg,pa dodavati kašiku po kašiku šećera i umutiti ga u čvrst sneg.Lagano mešajuću spatulom dodati ulje,brašno i kikiriki.Sipati masu u pleh,izravnati i peći oko 15-20' da lagano porumeni.Izvaditi iz rerne i ohladiti.
Za fil,umutiti žumanca sa šećerom,brašnom i 100ml mleka,a ostatak mleka staviti da provri.U vruće mleko sipati žumanca i na laganoj vatri kuvati da se zgusne.Fil podeliti na dva dela,pa u jedan dodati čokoladu i promešati da se istopi.Ostaviti oba fila da se ohlade.Omekšali maslac penasto umutiti,pa ga podeliti na dva dela i dodati u svaki fil.
Koru podeliti po dužini na dva dela i filovati kora-čoko fil-kora-žuti fil.Preliti kolač glazurom od čokolade.
Za glazuru,na pari otopiti čokoladu sa malo ulja.

Peanut Cake

Ingredients for the sponge:
  • 5 egg whites
  • 200gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200gr roasted,unsalted,ground peanuts
for the filling:
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 12 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 500ml milk
  • 50gr baking chocolate
  • 250gr butter
for the glaze:
  • 100gr baking chocolate
  • a few tablespoons oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C.Line a big baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the paper.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.Adding one tablespoons of sugar at the time,continue to whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.Carefully using a spatula fold the oil,flour and peanuts.Spread the mixture into the pan and bake for 15-20' until lightly golden brown.Cool completely.
For the filling,whisk the egg yolks,sugar,flour and 100ml of milk.Rest of the milk put on the fire until boils.Carefully add the egg yolks to the boiled milk and cook over the lower heat until thickens.Divide the filling in two parts.In one part add the chocolate and mix until it melts.Leave to cool. Softened butter mix until fluffy and divide between two filings and mix.
Divide the sponge lenghtwise. Arrange the cake sponge-choco filling-sponge-yellow filling-chocolate glaze.
For the chocolate glaze,melt the chocolate with the oil.

Kikiriki u šećeru/Peanuts In Sugar

Ako držite dijetu,imate povišen holesterol,zdravo se hranite ili na bilo koji način vodite računa o ishrani,preskočite ovaj post.Ovaj kikiriki je prava droga! Naravno ako volite kikiriki.Izvinjavam se zbog loših slika,ali jednostavno nisam imala inspiraciju :)

Kikiriki u šećeru

Potrebno:
300gr nepečenog kikirikija,neoljuštenog
200gr šećera
150ml vode


Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 170C.Veliki pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje.
U šerpu staviti vodu i šećer i staviti na jaku vatru.Mešati da se šećer otopi,pa ubaciti kikiriki.Kuvati sve na srednje jačoj vatri,često mešajući.Kad sirup ispari,prebaciti kikiriki na papir i brzo ga razdvojite.Ubacite u rernu i pecite 30',promešati 2,3 puta.Ohladite i navalite!

Peanuts In Sugar


Ingredients:
300gr raw peanuts,skins on
200gr sugar
150ml water


Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170C.Line a big pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan combine water and sugar and put it on a high heat.Stir until sugar dissolves,then add peanuts.Cook it on a middle high heat,stirring frequently.When syrup disappears,transfer peanuts on paper and quickly separate them.Bake it for 30',stirring 2,3 times.Cool and enjoy!
