Cheesecake sladoled sa malinama / Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Da se malo rashladimo u ovo hladno junsko prepodne...:)

Potrebno:

  • 250gr malina
  • 150gr krem sira
  • 200gr šećera
  • 250ml slatke pavlake (mlečne nezaslađene)
  • 250ml mleka
Priprema:
Maline ispasirati. Pomešati krem sir i šećer, dodati maline, pa pavlaku i mleko. Sve umutiti žicom, ne treba vam mikser. Prebaciti u aparat za sladoled* ili u posudu za zamrzivač. 

* Pre par godina kupila sam aparat za sladoled. Nije neka marka, nije bio skup, ali sladoled iz njega je odličan. Ako često pravite ili volite sladoled, priuštite sebi jedan. Ako ne koristite aparat onda sladoled kada prebacite u zamrzivač, promešajte svakih pola sata da se ne bi formirali kristali leda.

Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 250gr raspberries
  • 150gr cream cheese
  • 200gr sugar
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 250ml milk
Directions:
Mash the raspberries. Mix the cream cheese and sugar. Add the raspberries along with the cream and sugar. Whisk all together and pour into a ice cream machine or in a freezer (stir every half an hour or so).

Zaleđeni jogurt sa pečenim jagodama / Roasted Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Zaleđeni jogurt sa pečenim jagodama

Potrebno:

  • 300gr jagoda
  • 100gr šećera
  • 1 kašika limunovog soka
  • 400gr grčkog jogurta
Priprema:


Zagrejte rernu na 200C. Manji pleh obložite papirom za pečenje. Jagode prepolovite ili ako su mnogo velike isecite na četvrtine. Pomešajte ih sa šećerom i prebacite u pleh. Pecite oko 7-8' da omekšaju. Ostavite ih da se ohlade.
U blender, seckalicu ili multipraktik ubacite pečene jagode sa sve sokom koji su pustile, limunov sok i jogurt i sve sameljite. Prebacite masu u aparat za sladoled ili u odgovarajuću plastičnu posudu, pa u zamrzivač. Povremeno promešajte.

 Roasted Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 300gr strawberries
  • 100gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400gr Greek yogurt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a smaller pan with parchment paper. Cut the strawberries in half or if they are really big in quarters. Mix them with sugar and transfer to a pan. Bake for 7-8' until softened. Leave them to cool.
In a blender or chopper put the strawberries along with the juices from the pan, lemon juice and yogurt and blend it all together. Transfer this mixture to an ice-cream maker or in a plastic canister, then put in a freezer. Stir from time to time.

Sorbe od limuna i malina / Raspberry And Lemon Sorbet

Za ovaj novi nalet vrućine, preporučujem vam pored hladne limunade i ovaj sorbe. Ništa bolje ne rashlađuje...


Sorbe od limuna i malina

Potrebno:

  • kora od jednog limuna
  • 100gr šećera
  • 120ml sveže ceđenog limunovog soka
  • 120ml mineralne gazirane vode
  • 100gr malina
  • 1 kašika šećera u prahu
Priprema:
Pomešajte koru limuna, šećer i 1 čašu vode, pa staviti da proključa. Smanjite vatru i kuvati oko 5'. Sklonite sa vatre i ohladite. 
Ispasirajte maline i šećer u prahu, pa procedite da odstranite semenke.
Pomešajte limunov sok i mineralnu vodu, pa dodajte proceđenu vodu sa limunovom korom. Pomešajte ovo i maline, pa prebacite u mašinu sa sladoled ili odmah prebacite u zamrzivač i povremeno promešajte.

Rasberry And Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:
  • zest from one lemon
  • 100gr sugar
  • 120ml fresh lemon juice
  • 120ml carbonated mineral water
  • 100gr raspberries
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix the lemon zest, sugar and one cup of water and bring to boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for 5'. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Mash the raspberries with powdered sugar and then strain it to remove seeds.
Mix the lemon juice and mineral water, then add the strained lemon zest mixture and raspberries. Transfer to the ice cream machine or freeze it and stir it from time to time.

Sladoled sa bademima i trešnjama / Almond Cherry Ice Cream

Definitivno najbolji sladoled koji sam ikada probala. Nisam neki ekspert u pravljenju sladoleda, ali sam zato ekspert u konzumaciji istih. I zato mi verujete kada iz iskustva kažem da je ovo naj najbolji sladoled ikada...

Potrebno:
  • 200gr šećera
  • 200ml vode
  • 300gr trešanja
  • 100gr sirovih badema
  • 150gr šećera
  • 500ml slatke pavlake (nezaslađene)
  • 250ml mleka
  • 5 žumanaca
  • prstohvat soli
Priprema:
Prokuvati vodu i šećer da proključa i šećer se istopi. Dodati trešnje i na laganoj vatri kuvati 5 minuta. Ostaviti ih da se ohladi, pa ih prebaciti u frižider preko noći, ali vodeći računa da su trešnje prekrivene sirupom. Sutradan procediti trešnje, pa ih osušiti ubrusom, a sirup sačuvati.
Bademe staviti u zagrejanu rernu na 200C 10-tak minuta, izvaditi i prohladiti, pa ih samleti.
Pomešati bademe, šećer, pavlaku, mleko i so i staviti na vatru do pred ključanja. Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti minimum 1 sat.
Staviti badem mleko na srednju vatru da proključa, pa lagano sipati u umućena žumanca neprestano muteći. Vratite sve na vatru i kuvajte na srednjoj temperaturi oko 3-4' da se malo zgusne. Procediti. Ostaviti da se ohladi, pa prebaciti u frižider preko noći. Pokrijte površinu celofanom. 
Ohlađenu mešavinu prebacite u aparat za sladoled, a kada bude skoro gotov umešajte i trešnje. Zamrznuti.
Prilikom serviranja prelijte sladoled sačuvanim sirupom.

Almond Cherry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 200gr sugar
  • 200ml water
  • 300gr cherries
  • 100gr raw almonds
  • 150gr sugar
  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • a pinch of salt
Directions:
Boil the water and sugar stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the sugar and cook over low heat for 5'. Cool, then transfer to fridge (cherries should be completely covered by syrup). Strain the cherries and reserve the liquid. Pat dry with kitchen towel.
Put the almonds in the preheated oven to 200C for 10'. Take out from the oven and cool. Ground the almonds.
Mix the almonds, sugar, heavy cream, milk and salt and put on a heat until almost boiled.Remove from the heat and let stand for at least 1 hour.
Put the almond milk on the medium heat until almost boils and then slowly pour it into the whisked egg yolks, stirring constantly. Return to the heat and cook for 3-4' until it thickens. Strain the mixture. Leave to cool and then transfer to the fridge over night. Cover the surface with plastic wrap.
Put the chilled mixture into ice cream machine and when it's almost done add the cherries. Freeze. 
When serving, pour the reserved liquid over ice cream.

Plazma sladoled / Plazma Ice-cream

U našoj kući ne zna se ko više voli sladoled.Svi smo ludi za njim i uvek ga imam u frizu.Ovoga puta moja Milica je poželela plazma sladoled.Odličan je,preporučujem.

Sastojci:

  • 3 žumanca
  • 60gr šećera
  • 230ml punomasnog mleka
  • 1 kašičica meda
  • 80gr mlevene Plazme
  • 200ml slatke pavlake (zaslađene)
  • vanila
Priprema:
U šerpici,pomešati mleko i med i staviti na vatru da proključa.Pomeriti sa vatre i ohladiti.Umutiti žumanca i šećer.Vratiti mleko i med na vatru i kad proključa dodati žumanca.Kuvati na laganoj vatri dok se ne zgusne.Skloniti sa vatre i dodati vanilu i plazmu.Ohladiti.Umutiti pavlaku u čvrst šlag i pomešati sa kuvanim kremom.Sipati u posudu i zalediti.Promešajte nekoliko puta da se ne stvore kristali.


Plazma sladoled

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60gr sugar
  • 230ml full-fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 80gr ground Plazma
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • vanilla
Directions:
In a small saucepan,mix the milk and honey and put on a fire until it boils.Remove from the heat and let it cools.Whisk the eggs yolks and sugar.Return the milk to the heat and when it comes to boil add the egg yolks.Cook on a lower heat until it coats the back of the wooden spoon.Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and ground Plazma.Let it cool.Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and mix it with milk/egg yolks mixture.Pour it in a plastic container and let freeze,stirring every few hours.
