Potrebno za testo:
- 180gr brašna
- prstohvat soli
- 50gr šećera u prahu
- 100gr hladnog maslaca
- 1 žumance
- 2 kašike hladne vode
- 80ml vode
- 300gr šećera
- 30gr maslaca
- 300ml slatke pavlake (nezaslađene)
- prstohvat soli
- 200ml slatke pavlake (zaslađene)
- banane (1-2)
Pomešati brašno,so,šećer u prahu i maslac sečen na kockice,pa prstima napraviti mrvice.Dodati žumance i vodu i umesiti testo.Kalupe za mafine podmazati i posuti brašnom.Testo razvući na pobrašnjenoj površini,seći krugove i obložiti kalupe.Izbockati viljuškom i ostaviti u frižideru na 30'.Zagrejati renu na 180C.Peći korpice da porumene.Ohladiti ih.
Za karamel,pomešati vodu,šećer i maslac,pa staviti na srednje jaku vatru.U početku,masa će ključati i ključati,pa će se zgusnuti i taman kad pomislite da je bacite u đubre,šećer će početi da se karameliše.Kada dobije braon boju,polako ulijte zagrejanu pavlaku i nastavite da kuvate još 10' ili do željene gustine.Sklonite sa vatre,dodajte prstohvat soli i promešajte.Ohladite.
U svaku korpicu stavite po kašiku karamela,komadić banane i sve ukrasite umućenom pavlakom.Pospite rendanom čokoladom.

- 80ml water
- 300gr sugar

- 300ml heavy cream
- a pinch of salt
- 200ml heavy whipping cream
- bananas (1-2)
For the pastry,mix the flour,salt,powdered sugar and butter cubes,and rub it with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs.Mix the egg yolks and water and knead the dough.Grease and dust with flour the muffin pan.On a floured surface,roll the dough and cut circles big enough to fill the muffin pan.Prick with fork and chill for 30'.Preheat the oven at 180C and bake the tarts until golden brown.Cool completely.
For the caramel,in a pan mix the water,sugar and butter and put it on a middle high heat.In the beginning, the mixture will boil and boil,then it will curdle and just when you think it's time to throw it in the trash,the sugar will start to caramelize.Then slowly add the warm heavy cream and continue to cook for 10'.Remove from the heat,add a pinch of salt and stir.Cool.
In each tart shell put a tablespoon of caramel,a slice of banana and decorate with whipped cream.Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Nisam ljubitelj karamela, ali me kod ove pite uvijek oduševi dekoracija, odnosno naribana čokolada na šlagu. Super ideja pretvoriti veliku piti u mini verzije.

Volim karamel i stoga mi je ovo super (jedino bez šlaga). Divni zalogajčići, nem šta:)
