Voćne korpice / Fruit Baskets

OK, krećemo sa jagodama!!!

Potrebno za 6 korpica:

  • 2 kore za pitu
  • 20-tak grama istopljenog maslaca
  • oko 200 gr jagoda
  • oko 150gr maskarponea*
  • šećer, med, nana
Priprema:
Stavite dve kore jednu na drugu, presecite ih na pola po dužini. Stavite opet jednu na drugu i isecite na 6 kvadrata. Stavite jedan kvadratić ispred sebe, premažite sa malo maslaca i pospite sa malo šećera. Stavite drugi kvadrat preko prvog ali tako da se ivice ne poklapaju, znači pomerite malo u stranu. Premažite i pospite šećerom. Tako naređajte 4 kora. Stavite ih u podmazan kalup za mafin i pritisnite da dobijete korpicu. Ponovite sa ostalim kvadratima. Stavite u hladnu rernu, uključite je na 200C i pecite da korpice porumene. Izvadite ih i stavite na rešetku da se ohlade.
Pomešajte sitno seckane jagode sa kašičicom šećera i ostavite ih da puste sok.
Pomešajte maskarpone sa kašičicom-dve šećera.
U svaku korpicu stavite po malo jagoda sa sokom koji su pustile, pa stavite i maskarpone. Ukrasite jagodama i nanom i prelijte sve sa malo meda.
Korpice punite neposredno pre služenja, inače će omekšati.
* Umesto maskarponea možete koristiti i krem sir. Od kako sam počela sama da pravim maskarpone trudim se da ga često imam u frižideru, pa ga često i koristim. Ali ranije sam koristila običan krem sir.

Fruit Baskets

Ingredients for the 6 baskets:
  • 2 sheets of phyllo pastry
  • about 20 gr of melted butter
  • about 200gr strawberries
  • about 150gr mascarpone or cream cheese
  • sugar, honey, mint
Directions:
Put sheets of phyllo pastry on each other and cut lenghtwise. Put them again on each other and cut in 6 squares. Lay one square in front of you, brush with butter and sprinkle with some sugar. Put another square on top, but so the edges don't overlap. Brush and sprinkle. Repeat until you have a stack of 4 squares. Put them in a greased muffin pan and push down to form a basket. Repeat with the rest of the squares. Put them in a cold oven and turn the heat to 200C. Bake until golden brown. Take them out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
Mix the chopped strawberries with one teaspoon of sugar and leave them to release the juices.
Mix mascarpone with one or two teaspoons of sugar.
In each basket put some strawberries with their juices and top with mascarpone. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves and drizzle some honey on top.
