Čokoladni kolač bez brašna / Flourless Chocolate Cake

Za one bljak dane kao što su ovi, jedinu utehu nam pružaju pužići sa cimetom ili ovakav kolač. Bez ikakvih orašastih plodova, bez kafe, samo čokolada, jaja i maslac...

Čokoladni kolač bez brašna

Potrebno:

  • 350gr čokolade (oko 50% kakaoa, ali može i sa više)
  • 140gr maslaca
  • 3 jaja
  • 1 žumance
  • 150gr šećera
  • vanila
Priprema:
Pleh prečnika 20cm podmažite i dno obložite papirom za pečenje. Pleh stavite u veći pleh koji je do pola napunjen vrelom vodom. Rernu zagrejte na 190C.
Na laganoj vatri istopite čokoladu i maslac i ostavite da se prohladi. Penasto umutite jaja i šećer. Masa treba da pobeli i duplo naraste. U čokoladu dodajte trećinu jaja i špatulom promešajte. Dodajte jaja iz još dva puta i sve promešajte. Umešajte i kašičicu vanile. Sipajte masu u pleh, izravnajte i ubacite u rernu. Pecite oko 35-40' ili dok temperatura u sredini kolača ne bude 80C. Izvadite pleh iz rerne i iz vode i ostavite sa se prohladi 30'. Okrenite kolač na tanjir i skroz ohladite.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
  • 350gr chocolate (about 50% cocoa, or more if you like)
  • 140gr butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 150gr sugar
  • vanilla
Directions:
Butter a 20cm round cake pan and line with parchment paper. Put the pan in a bigger baking pan filled halfway with boiling water. Preheat the oven to 190C.
On a lower heat melt the chocolate and butter and let cool slightly. Whisk the eggs and sugar. The mixture should be pale and double in volume. In the chocolate mixture add the third of the eggs and stir using a rubber spatula. Add the eggs in two more times and whisk all together. Finally add a teaspoon of vanilla. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and put in the oven. Bake for 35-40' or until a thermometer shows 80C in the middle of the cake. Take it out of the oven and the water and let cool for 30' . Invert the cake on the serving plate and cool completely.
