Baklava Paketići / Baklava Cups

Evo još jednog primera kako možete upotrebiti svoje kalupe za mafine...

Baklava Paketići

Potrebno
  • 80gr topljenog maslaca
  • 120gr seckanih orašastih plodova (orah,lešnik...)
  • 50gr seckanih suvih kajsija
  • 3 kašike prezli
  • 1/2 kašičice cimeta
  • 1/2 kašičice đumbira
  • 120gr meda
  • 2 kašike šećera
  • kora od jednog limuna
  • 6 tankih kora za pitu
Priprema
Zagrejte rernu na 180C.Podmažite kalupe za mafine.
Pomešajte orašaste plodove,kajsije,prezle,cimet,đumbir,med,šećer,koru od limuna i 3 kašike otopljenog maslaca.
Ređajte tri kore između premazane maslacem.Isecite ih jednom po dužini i dva puta po širini da dobijete 6 kvadratića.Na sredinu svakog kvadrata stavite fil i skupite ivice kora.
Poređajte paketiće u kalupe i premažite maslacem.Ponovite sa ostalim korama.Pecite oko 20' da porumene.Pospite šećerom u prahu.

Ingredients
  • 80gr melted butter
  • 120gr chopped nuts (walnuts,hazelnuts...)
  • 50gr chopped dried apricots
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 120gr honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • grated zest from 1 lemon
  • 6 sheets phyllo dough
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C.Grease a 12 muffin cups.
Mix the chopped nuts,apricots,breadcrumbs,cinnamon,ginger,honey,sugar,lemon zest and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Stock three sheets of phyllo dough each one brushed with melted butter.Cut from left to right at the midway points and then from top to bottow into 3 segments to make 6 total squares.In the middle of each square put the nut mixture and gather up the 4 sides of phyllo cups.Seal together firmly.
Arrange the cups in the muffin cups and brush with some melted butter.Repeat with another stack of phyllo dough.Bake for 20' until nicely golden brown.Dust with powdered sugar.

  3. Veoma zanimljivo. Moja mama ovako pravi gibanicu. A posebno mi se dopada što sastojci nisu identični kao za klasičnu baklavu, đumbir, cimet - odlična ideja.
