Pečene krofne sa kikiriki puterom / Peanut Butter Doughnuts

Opet sam se igrala mojim kalupima za krofnice. Čini mi se da će ovaj recpet ipak postati porodični favorit. Recept šaljem blogu Make it healthy! koji je naš ovomesečni domaćin za igru Ajme,koliko nas je! Tema je kikiriki puter.

Pečene krofne sa kikiriki puterom

Potrebno za testo za 9 većih krofni:

  • 60gr kikiriki putera
  • 2 kašike kisele pavlake
  • 100gr žutog šećera
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 kašika ulja
  • 80ml mleka
  • 120gr brašna
  • 30gr mlevenih kikirikija
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
  • so, vanila
za glazuru:
  • 150gr čokolade za kuvanje
  • 50gr kikiriki putera
za karamelizovani kikiriki:
  • 3 kašike šećera
  • 2 kašike kikirikija
Priprema:
Prvo pripremiti karamelizovan kikiriki. U šerpici staviti šećer i na srednjoj vatri ga ostaviti da se karameliše, bez mešanja. Kada je šećer istopljen, skloniti ga sa vatre, ubaciti kikiriki, dobro promešati i sve prebaciti na papir za pečenje. Ostaviti ga da se ohladi i stegne, a onda ga krupno istucati u avanu ili seckalici.
Zagrejati rernu na 180C. Pleh za krofne podmazati.
Umutiti kikiriki puter, pavlaku i  šećer, pa dodati i jaje i ulje. Ubaciti i mleko i vanilu. Posebno pomešati brašno, kikiriki, prašak za pecivo i so. Dodati suvu mešavinu u prethodnu masu i kratko promešati da se sve sjedini. Rasporediti masu u pleh i peći 10-11'. Pečene krofne kratko prohladiti u plehu, pa ih izvaditi i prebaciti na rešetku da se potpuno ohlade.
Za glazuru, na srednjoj vatri mešati čokoladu i kikiriki puter da se istope i sjedine.
Umakati svaku krofnu u čokoladu i posuti karamelizovanim kikirikijem.

Peanut Butter Doughnuts

Ingredients for the 9 big doughnuts:
  • 60gr peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 100gr yellow sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 80ml milk
  • 120gr flour
  • 30gr ground peanuts
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt, vanilla
for the glaze:
  • 150gr baking chocolate
  • 50gr peanut butter
for the caramelized peanuts:
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
Directions:
First, make the caramelized peanuts. In a small saucepan, put the sugar over the middle high heat to caramelized, without stirring. Remove from the heat, add the peanuts and stir. Transfer to the parchment paper and let cool. Then coarse grind in a mortal or in a food processor.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a doughnut pan.
Whisk the peanut butter, soar cream and sugar. Then add an egg and oil and finally the milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, peanuts, baking powder and salt. Add this to the previous mixture and stir to combine. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and bake 10-11'. Leave to cool slightly and then take the doughnuts from the pan and put on a cooling rack to completely cooled.
On a middle high heat melt the chocolate and peanut butter together.
Dip each doughnut into the chocolate/peanut mixture and sprinkle with caramelized peanuts.
