Karamel čokoladni truffles / Caramel Chocolate Truffles

Karamel čokoladni truffles

Potrebno:

  • 200ml slatke pavlake
  • 90gr šećera
  • 30gr maslaca
  • 140gr crne čokolade (70% kakaoa)
  • 100gr mlečne čokolade
  • prstohvat soli
  • kakao prah
Priprema:
Slatku pavlaku zagrejete do pred ključanja.
Šećer karamelišite na srednjoj vatri. U karamel polako sipajte zagrejanu pavlaku i vratite na vatru da se sve istopi i sjedini. Sklonite sa vatre, dodajte maslac, so i usitnjenu čokoladu. Mešajte dok se čokolada ne istopi, a onda ohladite. Stavite masu u frižider na nekoliko sati ili preko noći. Kašičicom vadite masu i pravite male bombice. Uvaljajte ih u kakao i držite u frižideru.

Caramel Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 90gr sugar
  • 30gr butter
  • 140gr dark chocolate 70%
  • 100gr milk chocolate
  • a pinch of salt
  • cocoa powder
Directions:
Bring the cream to a boil.
On a middle high heat, caramelize the sugar. Slowly add the cream to a sugar and put everything on the heat to melt and combine. Remove from the heat, add the butter, salt and chopped chocolate. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Cool and then put in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Using a teaspoon take small amount of mixture and make it into balls. Roll them in cocoa powder. Keep in a fridge.
