Potrebno za testo:
- 250gr brašna
- 2 jaja
- 50gr otopljenog maslaca
- 2 kašike šećera
- 10gr svežeg kvasca
- 3 kašike toplog mleka
- prstohvat soli
- 100gr mlevenih blanširanih badema
- 100gr šećera u prahu
- 100gr omekšalog maslaca
- 1 jaje
- 1 jaje
- šećer u prahu
U toplom mleku sa malo šećera,razmutiti kvasac i ostaviti da naraste.Pomešati jaja,šećer,maslac,so i brašno,pa dodati kvasac i zamesiti testo.Pokriti ga krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu da naraste.
U međuvremenu,spremiti fil.Umutiti šećer i maslac,dodati jaje,a na kraju i bademe i sve promešati.
Nadošlo tersto podeliti na 1/3 i 2/3.Manji deo testa razvući u koru i prebaciti u podmazan pleh dimenzija 20x30cm.Koru premazati trećinom fila.Ostatak testa razvući u pravougaonik,premazati ostatkom fila i uviti u rolat.Iseći rolat na 12 komada.Dobijene rolnice ređati preko kore u filu u 4 reda po 3 rolnice.Ostaviti još jednom da naraste.Premazati umućenim jajetom.Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180C da porumeni.Posuti šećerom u prahu.
Almond Pastry
Ingredients:
- 250gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 50gr melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 10gr fresh yeast
- 3 tbsp warm milk
- a pinch of salt
- 100gr blanched ground almonds
- 100gr powdered sugar
- 100gr soften butter
- 1 eggs
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar
In a warm milk add some sugar and mix yeast until dissolved.Let stand until foamy.Mix eggs,sugar,butter,salt and flour.Add yeast and knead until soft dough is formed.Cover with kitchen towel and let it rise at warm place.
Meanwhile,prepare the filling.Mix sugar and butter,add eggs and almonds.Mix all together.
Divide the dough in 1/3 and 2/3.The smaller part of dough roll out and transfer to a greased pan size 20x30.Spread one third of filling on dough in pan.Rest of the dough roll out into a rectangle and spread rest of the filling on it.Roll it and cut into 12 equal parts.Arrange it in pan in 4 rows with 3 rolls.Let it rise once again.Brush with egg wash and bake in the preheated oven to 180C until golden brown.Dust with powdered sugar.
