Salata sa ajvarom i piletinom / Salad With Red Pepper Relish And Chicken

Uskoro kreću slave i razni praznici. Toplo vam preporučujem ovu salatu. Ja sam je malo zaljutila i uživala.

Salata sa ajvarom i piletinom

Potrebno:

  • 300gr kuvanih ili pečenih pilećih grudi
  • 2 pečene crvene paprike
  • oko 6 kašika ajvara (ja sam koristila ljuti)
  • 2 kašike majoneza
  • biber i so po potrebi
Priprema:
Oljušteni crvenu papriku sitno iseći. Iseckati i piletinu i pomešati sve sastojke. Pobiberiti i po potrebi posoliti. Dobro ohladiti i služiti uz vruć hleb i sir :)

Ingredients:

  • 300gr cooked or baked chicken breast
  • 2 roasted red pepper
  • 6 tbsp red pepper relish
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • pepper and salt
Directions:
Peeled the pepper and chopped into fine pieces. Chopped the chicken and mix all the ingredients. Season to taste and chill well.

Peciva sa kupusom / Cabbage Buns

Kad vam dosadi pita sa kupusom (mada ne znam kome može da dosadi) napravite ova peciva. Nama su se jako dopala...

Potrebno za testo:

  • oko 600gr brašna
  • oko 300ml tople vode
  • 30gr svežeg kvasca
  • 100gr otopljenog maslaca
  • 1,5 kašičice soli
  • 1 kašičica šećera
za fil:
  • 1,5kg svežeg kupusa
  • ulje,so
za premazivanje:
  • 1 jaje
Priprema:
U malo vode razmutiti kvasac sa šećerom i ostaviti da zapeni. Pomešati 600gr brašna, maslac, so, kvasac i sa vodom zamesiti testo. Testo je mekano, ali se ne lepi. Pokriti ga i ostaviti da naraste.
Za fil, sitno iseckati kupus (u multipraktiku, najbolje), staviti ga u šerpu sa malo ulja i pržiti na slabijoj vatri da skroz omekša. Posoliti ga i prohladiti.
Naraslo testo podeliti na manje loptice (oko 15) i ostaviti da odmore 10-tak minuta.
Svaku lopticu razvući u krug, na polovinu staviti prženi kupus, preklopiti i pritisnuti ivice da se slepe. Poređati ih u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i ostaviti da rastu 20'. Premazati ih umućenim jajetom i peći na 220C da porumene.

Cabbage Buns

Ingredients for the pastry:
  • about 600gr flour
  • about 300ml warm water
  • 30gr fresh yeast
  • 100gr melted butter
  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
for the filling:
  • 1,5kg cabbage
  • oil, salt
for the glaze:
  • 1 egg
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in little water with sugar and let stand until foamy. Mix 600gr flour, butter, salt, yeast and add rest of the water to knead a dough. The dough is soft, but not sticky. Cover and let stand until doubled in size.
For the filling, finely chop the cabbage, put it in a pan with some oil and cook over low heat until it softens. Add salt and cool slightly.
Divide the dough in smaller balls (about 15) and let rest for 10'.
Roll each ball in circle, put some filling on one half, cover with another half and press the edges to seal.
Arrange them on a pan lined with parchment paper and let rest for 20'. Brush with whisked egg and bake in the preheated oven to 220C until golden brown.

Pita sa karamelizovanim kruškama / Caramelized Pear Pie

Ja stvarno jako volim da spremam ovakve pitice i pite. Probala sam puno recepata za testo, ali ovaj recept Ine Garten je definitivno najbolji. Za ovu pitu vam treba polovina testa, ali ja uvek volim da napravim i duplu meru i ostatak zamrznem.

Potrebno za testo:

  • 170gr hladnog maslaca
  • 70gr hladnog margarina
  • 360gr brašna
  • 1 kašičica soli
  • 1 kašika šećera
  • 6-8 kašika ledene vode
za kruške:
  • 4 zrele, ali tvrde kruške
  • 1 kašika maslaca
  • 100gr žutog šećera
  • 2 kašike vode
  • 1/2 kašičice cimeta
  • prstohvat soli
za fil:
  • 3 kašike šećera
  • 2 kašike gustina
  • 180ml mleka
  • 2 jaja
  • vanila
  • prstohvat soli
Priprema:
Za testo, ubacite u multipraktik brašno,so i šećer i pulsirajte par puta. Dodajte kockice maslaca i margarina i pulsirajte dok ne budu veličine graška. Ubacite vodu,kašiku po kašiku i pulsirajte dok se ne napravi grudva testa. Dobijeno testo uvijte u streč foliju i ohladite pola sata. 
Zagrejte rernu na 200C. Polovinu ohlađenog testa razvaljajte na pobrašnjenoj površini i oblažite kalup za pite prečnika 23cm. Izbockajte viljuškom, stavite papir za pečenje i napunite pasuljem ili pirinčem. Pecite 7', izvadite pasulje i pecite još 5'. Smanjite rernu na 180C.
Kruške oljuštite, prepolovite i očistite od semenki. U šerpi istopite maslac, dodajte šećer, vodu, cimet i so i kuvajte par minuta dok se šećer ne istopi. Ubacite kruške (prvo okrugli deo) i kuvajte na srednjoj vatri oko 5'. Okrenite ih i kuvajte još 5' ili dok ne omekšaju. Na polupečeno testo poređajte oceđene kruške i prelijte filom. Pecite oko 30-35' da se fil stegne.
Za fil, umutite sve sastojke.
U tečnost gde su se kuvale kruške dodajte 2 kašike mleka i kuvajte oko 1' da se karamalizuje. Ovim karamelom prelijte pitu.

Caramelized Pear Pie

Ingredients for the pastry:
  • 170gr butter
  • 70gr margarine
  • 360gr flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6-8 tbsp ice water
for the pears:
  • 4 ripe, but firm pears
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100gr yellow sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
for the filling:
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 180ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • a pinch of salt
Directions:
For the pastry, put flour, salt and sugar in a food processor and pulse it a few times. Add diced butter and margarine and pulse until the butter is a size of peas. Add the water and pulse it until the dough begins to form a ball. Wrap in plastic foil and chill for 30'.
Preheat the oven to 200C . Half of the dough roll on the floured surface and line a 23cm pie dish. Prick with the fork, line with parchment paper and fill with dry beans or rice. Bake for 7', take out  beans and paper and bake for 5 more minutes. Take it out from the oven. Lower the oven temperature to 180C.
Peel pears, halve lenghtwise and remove stems and seeds. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet. Stir in sugar, water, cinnamon and salt and cook for a few minutes until the sugar is melted. Add the pears, round side down and cook for 5' over the medium heat. Turn the pears over and cook 5 more minutes or until tender.Transfer the strained pears to half-baked pie crust and pour the filling over. Bake for 30-35' or until the filling is set.
For the filling, whisk all the ingredients.
Add 2 tbsp of milk to the liquid where the pears were cooked. Cook for 1' or until it caramelized. Pour the caramel sauce over the pie.

Španska čorba od paradajza i belog luka / Spanish Garlic And Tomato Soup

Odlična čorbica i divan način za upotrebiti stari hleb i paradajz dok je još u sezoni...

Potrebno:

  • 6 čena belog luka
  • oko 100gr sveže mlevenih prezli
  • 3 paradajza, oljuštena i iseckana
  • 1 kašičica mlevene paprike
  • 2 jaja
  • ulje, so, biber,peršun
Priprema:
Na malo ulja i laganoj vatri propržiti sitno seckan beli luk (oko 1-2'). Dodati prezle i pržiti da blago porumene. Zatim ubaciti paradajz, mlevenu papriku,1 litar vode, so i biber. Ostaviti da proključa, smanjiti vatru, poklopiti i ostaviti da lagani vri oko 30'. Umutiti jaja i u tankom mlazu ubaciti u čorbu i kuvati još 2'. Posuti peršunom.

Spanish Garlic And Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • about 100gr fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • oil, salt, pepper, parsley
Directions:
Heat some oil over gentle heat, add the garlic and cook for 1-2'. Add the breadcrumbs and cook until they turn light golden brown. Add the tomatoes, paprika, 1 liter of water, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, lower the heat, cover and let simmer for 30'. Whisk eggs and add it in a thin stream to soup. Cook 2 more minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Hleb sa pečenim lukom i ruzmarinom / Baked Garlic And Rosemary Bread

Za one koji su probali pečeni luk, znaju da je on nešto stvarno posebno. Ja ga često koristim, kad god pečem nešto ubacim i jednu glavicu luka i onda ga koristim na različite načine. Ovoga puta u hlebu...

Hleb sa pečenim lukom i ruzmarinom

Potrebno:

  • 1 glavica belog luka
  • 20-tak grama svežeg kvasca
  • 100ml tople vode
  • 1 kašičica šećera
  • 1 kašičica soli
  • 200gr crnog brašna
  • 300gr belog brašna
  • 2 kašike ulja
  • ruzmarin
  • topla voda po potrebi
Priprema:
Odseći vrh luka, ali tako da se glavica ne raspadne. Preliti je sa malo ulja,posuti solju, uviti u foliju i peći na 200C 30-tak minuta. Prohladiti, a zatim istisnuti kašu od luka.
U toploj vodi sa kašičicom šećera, razmutiti kvasac i ostaviti da zapeni. U vangli pomešati obe vrste brašna, ulje, so, dodati luk, kvasac i sa toplom vodom zamesiti testo. Ubaciti i seckan ruzmarin i sve umesiti. Pokriti i ostaviti da naraste. Oblikovati hleb po želji, ostaviti ga još malo da naraste, premazati sa malo ulja,posuti solju i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200C da porumeni.

Baked Garlic And Rosemary Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 head garlic
  • about 20gr of fresh yeast
  • 100ml warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200gr wholemeal flour
  • 300gr all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • rosemary
  • warm water
Directions:
Cut off the top of the garlic, but take care to leave the head in one peace. Drizzle with some oil, sprinkle with salt and wrap in the foil. Bake in the preheated oven to 200C about 30'. Cool and squeeze the roasted garlic out of their skins.
In a warm water add the sugar and dissolve the yeast. Let stand until foamy. In a kneading bowl, mix flour, oil, salt, add the roasted garlic, yeast mixture and adding a more warm water knead the dough. Finally add the chopped rosemary. Cover and let rise. Shape the bread and leave it to rise once again. Brush it with some oil and sprinkle with some salt.Bake in the preheated oven to 200C until golden brown.

Pečene breskve sa keksom / Baked Peaches With Cookies

Za ispraćaj leta jedna brza poslastica sa breskvama...

Potrebno:

  • 4 breskve
  • 100gr mlevenog keksa (plazma)
  • 2 kašike šećera
  • 1 žumance
Priprema:
Zagrejte rernu na 170C.
Breskve operite, osušite i prepolovite. Izvadite košticu i kašičicom malo izdubite sredinu. Iz jedne breskve izvadite sve i ispasirajte viljuškom. Pomešajte kašu od breskvi sa keksom, šećerom i žumancetom. Tom masom punite ostale breskve i poređajte u pleh. Pecite oko 30' i tople poslužite uz sladoled od vanile.

Baked Peaches With Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 4 peaches
  • 100gr ground cookies
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170C.
Wash, dry and cut in half the peaches. Take out the pit and using a small spoon take out some of the flesh. From one peach take it all. Mash with the fork. Mix the peaches pulp, cookies, sugar and egg yolk. Fill the peaches with this mixture and arrange in the baking dish. Bake for 30' and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Čokoladni majmunski hleb / Chocolate Monkey Bread

Osim sa cimetom, majmunski hleb može i sa čokoladom i kakaom...

Potrebno za testo:

  • 100ml tople vode
  • 30-tak grama svežeg kvasca
  • 100gr šećera
  • 200ml toplog mleka
  • 50gr otopljenog maslaca
  • 2 jaja
  • vanila
  • pola kašičice soli
  • oko 500gr brašna
i još:
  • oko 100gr otopljenog maslaca
  • 100gr šećera
  • 2 kašike kakaoa
  • kockice čokolade (crne ili mlečne)
Priprema:
U vodi sa malo šećera razmutiti kvasac i ostaviti da zapeni.
Posebno pomešati ostatak šećera, mleko, maslac, jaja, so, vanilu, dodati kvasac i sa brašnom zamesiti testo. Pokriti i ostaviti da naraste. Od testa kidati male loptice, svaku puniti sa pola kockice čokolade i opet oblikovati u lopticu. Umočiti svaku lopticu u maslac, pa u mešavinu šećera i kakaa i ređati u kalup za kuglof. Ostaviti da opet naraste i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180C da porumeni. Malo prohladiti, pa okrenuti na tanjir. Po želji preliti sa malo bele čokolade.

Chocolate Monkey Bread

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 100ml warm water
  • about 30gr fresh yeast
  • 100gr sugar
  • 200ml warm milk
  • 50gr melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • 0,5 tsp of salt
  • about 500gr flour
and:
  • about 100gr melted butter
  • 100gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • cubes of chocolate (dark or milk)
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water with some sugar and let stand until foamy.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the sugar, milk, butter, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add the yeast mixture and with the flour knead the dough. Cover and let stand until doubled in size. Form the dough into small balls and fill each ball with half a cube of chocolate. Dip each ball into the melted butter and then into the sugar/cocoa mixture. Arrange it into the bundt cake. Cover and let rise. Bake in the preheated oven to 180C until golden brown. Take it out from the oven and cool slightly. Turn out into the serving plate. Drizzle with some melted white chocolate if desired.

Pečene krofnice sa bananama i čokoladom / Baked Banana And Chocolate Doughnuts

Kada počne škola i ja kao i većina roditelja imam problem sa dečijom užinom. Trudim se da Milica uvek ponese nešto od kuće, jer sam tako sigurna šta je pojela. Tako da sam kupila i onaj kalup za mini krofnice i krećem u istraživanje. Međutim, ovo testo se može peći i u kalupima za mini mafine.


Pečene krofnice sa bananama i čokoladom

Potrebno:
  • 2 zrele banane
  • 80gr žutog šećera
  • 120gr grčkog jogurta
  • 60gr istopljenog maslaca
  • 2 jaja
  • 260gr brašna
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
  • 1/2 kašičice sode
  • prstohvat soli
  • vanila
  • 180gr sitno seckane čokolade
i još:
  • šećer i cimet
  • istopljena čokolada
Priprema:
Izgnječiti banane, pa ih umutiti sa šećerom i jogurtom. Dodati maslac i jaja. Posebno prosejati brašno, prašak za pecivo, sodu i so, pa dodati u prethodnu masu. Dodati i vanilu i na kraju lagano umešati čokoladu. Masu sipati u plastičnu kesicu za zamrzivač, odseći jedan kraj i sipati u podmazane kalupe do 3/4 pune. Peći na 180C oko 15-20'. Malo prohladiti, pa ih izvaditi iz kalupa i dalje po želji. Mogu se premazati sa malo otopljenog maslaca i uvaljati u šećer i cimet ili preliti otopljenom čokoladom. Od ove mase sam dobila 24 mini krofnice i 24 mini mafina.

Baked Banana And Chocolate Doughnuts

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 80gr yellow sugar
  • 120gr Greek yogurt
  • 60gr melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 260gr flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla
  • 180gr chopped chocolate
and:
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • melted chocolate
Directions:
Mash the bananas, then whisk them with sugar and yogurt. Add the butter and eggs. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add this to the previous mixture. Finally add the vanilla and gently fold in the chocolate. Transfer this mixture to the zip lock bag and snip the bottom corner of one side. Grease your doughnut pan and pipe 3/4 full the batter into each doughnut hole. Bake at 180C for 15-20'. Cool slightly and remove from the pan. Now you can either brush them with some melted butter and them toss it into a sugar/cinnamon mixture or dip them into the melted chocolate. You will have 24 mini doughnuts and 24 mini muffins.
