Potrebno za testo:
- 320gr brašna
- 125gr omekšalog maslaca
- 1 kašika belog vina
- 3 kašike šećera u prahu
- 1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo
- 1 jaje
- 2 kašike jogurta
- 1 kašičica rendane limunove kore
za fil:
- 3 rendane kisele jabuke
- 50gr šećera
- 1/2 kašičice cimeta
- 100gr mlevenih oraha
i još:
- šećer u prahu
Priprema:
Prvo pripremite fil. U šerpu stavite rendane jabuke i šećer i kuvajte da tečnost ispari. Sklonite sa vatre i dodajte cimet i orahe.Ohladite fil.
Za testo, ubacite sve sastojke u vanglu i umesite testo.
Zagrejte rernu na 180C. Pleh obložite papirom za pečenje.
Testo podelite na manje loptice (veličinu birajte sami). Svaku lopticu razvucite u koru, isecite na trougliće, filujte i urolajte u kiflice. Peći oko 20'. Još vruće kiflice uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 320gr flour
- 125gr softened butter
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
for the filling:
- 3 cooking apples like Granny Smith, grated
- 50gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 100gr ground walnuts
and:
- powdered sugar
Directions:
First, make the filling. Put apples and sugar in a saucepan and cook until the liquid evaporates. Remove from the heat, add the cinnamon and walnuts and cool.
For the dough, put all the ingredients into the bowl and knead the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Divide the dough into smaller balls. Roll each ball into circle, cut in wedges, put some filling on wider side and roll. Bake the rolls for 20'. Roll into powdered sugar while they are still hot.
