Pečeni sir sa ruzmarinom

Potrebno:
- 450gr nemasnog sira
- 50gr rendanog parmezana
- 2 belanca
- nekoliko komada paradajza sušenog u ulju
- masline,so,biber,ruzmarin,maslinovo ulje
Zagrejati rernu na 200C.Pleh za pečenje obložiti papirom za pečenje.
Umutiti sir,parmezan,belanca,so i biber.Sipati masu pleh,a odozgo naređati masline,paradajz i ruzmarin,pa sve preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja.Peći oko 20'.Služiti toplo.

Potrebno:
- 500gr fileta soma
- 1 konzerva paradajz pelata (oko 300gr)
- 150ml tamnog piva
- 1 crni luk sečen na rebarca
- 3 čena belog luka
- 0,5 kašičice šećera
- 2-3 lista lovora
- ruzmarin,so,brašno,biber
Zagrejati rernu na 180C.
Ribu osušiti,posoliti,pobiberiti,uvaljati u brašno,pa izpržiti da porumeni sa obe strane.Prženu ribu prebaciti u pleh za pečenje.U istoj masnoći,propržiti crni luk par minuta,dodati cele čenove belog luka,pa naliti pivom i paradajzom.Ubaciti ruzmarin,lovor i šećer,pa kuvati sok oko 15'.Gotov sos preliti preko ribe i peći sve zajedno oko 25'.
Baked Cheese With Rosemary
Ingredients:
- 450gr non-fat cheese
- 50gr grated parmesan
- 2 egg whites
- a few pieces of sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- olives,salt,pepper,rosemary,olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200C.Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the cheese,parmesan,egg whites,salt and pepper.Pour the mixture into pan and on top of it arrange the olives,tomatoes and rosemary and cover with some olive oil.Bake for 20'.Serve warm.
Catfish With Beer And Rosemary
Ingredients:
- 500gr catfish fillets
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (about 300gr)
- 150ml dark beer
- 1 onion,chopped into slices
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- 2-3 bay leaves
- rosemary,salt,pepper,flour
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Pat dry the fish,season it with salt and pepper,dip into flour,then fry until golden brown on both sides.Transfer it into the baking dish.In same pan,fry the onion for a couple of minutes,then add the whole garlic cloves.Pour in the beer and tomatoes.Add the rosemary,bay leaves and sugar and cook the sauce for 15'.Pour the sauce over the fish and bake all together for 25'.
