Ražnjići sa piletinom i pečurkama / Chicken And Mushroom Skewers

Ražnjići sa piletinom i pečurkama

Potrebno:

  • 500gr pilećeg filea
  • 500gr manjih šampinjona
  • 200gr pavlake za kuvanje
  • 1/2 kašičice mešavine italijanskih začina (ili koje već volite)
  • 1/2 kašičice mlevene crvene paprike
  • 2 sitno seckana čena belog luka
  • so,biber
Priprema:
Iseckajte file da je iste veličine kao i pečurke. Pomešajte pavlaku, začine i luk. Ubacite meso i pečurke,promešajte i ostavite u frižideru na pola sata. 
Zagrejte rernu na 200C. Obložite pleh papirom za pečenje.
Na ražnjiće naređajte meso i pečurke. Poređajte ih u pleh i prelijte ostatkom marinade. Pecite oko 15-20'.

Chicken And Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients:
  • 500gr chicken breast boneless
  • 500gr smaller button mushrooms
  • 200gr heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp mixture of Italian seasoning (or any other herbs you like)
  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika
  • 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast so it's the same size as mushrooms. Mix the cream, spices and garlic. Add the meat and mushrooms and mix well. Chill for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Arrange the meat and mushrooms on skewers. Place them in a pan and pour any leftover marinade on top. Bake for 15-20'.

  2. Receptic je bas sve sto volim, svidja mi se sto se pripremaju rerni.:))) p.s. mnogo su ti slatke posudice i tanjirici u pozadini.:)))
