Sneško i irvas od krofnica / Doughnuts Snowman and Reindeer

Kalup za pečene krofnice ponovo u akciji!

Sneško i irvas od krofnica

Potrebno:

  • 130gr brašna
  • 70gr šećera
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
  • 1/4 kašičice sode
  • prstohvat soli
  • 80ml mleka
  • 4 kašike grčkog jogurta
  • 1 jaje
  • 2 kašike ulja
  • vanila
  • maslac za podmazivanje kalupa
  • bela i crna čokolada
  • M & M bombone, perece
Priprema:
Zagrejte rernu na 180C . Podmažite dva kalupa za mini krofnice.
Pomešajte brašno, šećer, prašak za pecivo, sodu i so.
Posebno umutite mleko, jogurt, jaje, ulje i vanilu. Dodajte mokre sastojke u suve i promešajte. Rasporedite masu u kalupe i pecite oko 8-10'. Izvadite krofnice iz kalupa i ohladite.
Istopite posebno belu i crnu čokoladu. Umačite krofne u čokolade i ostavite da se stegne. Od crne čokolade napravite oči i usta i ukrasite bombonama i perecama.

Doughnuts Snowman and Reindeer

Ingredients:
  • 130gr flour
  • 70gr sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 80ml milk
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • vanilla
  • butter for greasing the pans
  • white and dark chocolate
  • M & M candies , pretzels
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease two small doughnut pans.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the wet and mix. Pour the mixture between the pans and bake for 8-10'. Take the doughnuts from the pan and cool.
Melt the white and dark chocolate. Dip the doughnuts into the chocolate and let set. Make the eyes and mouth from the dark chocolate and decorate with candies and pretzels.
