Štrudlice sa trešnjama / Cherry Rolls

Štrudlice sa trešnjama

Potrebno za fil:

  • 500gr trešanja
  • 100gr šećera
  • 2 kašike gustina
za testo:
  • 250ml toplog mleka
  • 150gr šećera
  • 20-tak grama svežeg kvasca
  • 90gr maslaca
  • 2 jaja
  • 1/2 kašičice soli
  • oko 600gr brašna
i još:
  • 2 kašike mleka
  • 2 kašike maslaca
  • malo šećera i cimeta
Priprema:
Prvo pripremite fil. Pomešati trešnje, šećer i 4 kašike vode. Staviti na vatru i kuvati oko 10'. Skloniti sa vatre i izgnječiti trešnje viljuškom. Vratiti na vatru. Promešati gustin sa malo vode, dodati u trešnje i kuvati par minuta da se fil zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti fil da se ohladi.
Za testo rastvoriti kvasac u malo toplog mleka sa kašičicom šećera i brašna i ostaviti da zapeni. U ostatak mleka istopiti maslac. Pomešati mleko, ostatak šećera, jaja, so, narasli kvasac i  sa brašnom zamesiti testo. Pokriti ga i ostaviti na toplom da naraste.
Na pobrašnjenoj površini razvući koru i iseći je na pravougaonike. Svaki filovati trešnjama i urolati . Poređati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i ostaviti ih još jednom da narastu. Istopiti 2 kašike maslaca, dodati 2 kašike mleka i premazati štrudlice. Posuti sa malo šećera i cimeta. Peći štrudlice na 180C da lepo porumene.

Cherry Rolls

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 500gr cherries
  • 100gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
for the dough:
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 150gr sugar
  • about 20gr fresh yeast
  • 90gr butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • about 600gr flour
and:
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • a little bit of sugar and cinnamon
Directions:
First, make the filling. Mix cherries, sugar and 4 tbsp of water. Put on a heat and cook for 10'. Remove from the heat and mash with a fork. Put back on the fire. Mix the cornstarch with a little bit of water and pour into the cherries. Cook for a couple of minutes. Remove form the heat and cool completely.
For the dough, dissolve the yeast in a little bit of milk with one teaspoon of sugar and flour and let stand until foamy. In the rest of the warm milk melt the butter. Mix the milk, the rest of the sugar, eggs, salt, yeast mixture and with a flour knead the dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place until doubled in size. 
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Cut it into a smaller rectangle. Spread some of the filling on each piece of dough and roll them up. Arrange the rolls on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let stand until puffy. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter, add the milk and brush this over the rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the preheated oven to 180C until nicely golden brown.

  3. Divan receptic, svidja mi se sto je testo sa kvascem a mogu zamisliti kako je tek fino kad se zagrize fil.:))
