Snickers tart

Snickers Tart

Potrebno za testo za 6 tartića prečnika oko 10cm:

  • 225gr brašna
  • 150gr hladnog maslaca
  • 2 kašike šećera u prahu
  • 2 kašike kakao praha
  • 3-4 kašike mleka
za fil:
  • 6x50gr snickers čokolade
  • 4 kašike slatke pavlake
Priprema:
Za testo, ubacite u multipraktik brašno i kockice maslaca i pulsirajte da dobijete mrvice. Dodajte šećer, kakao i mleko i pulsirajte par puta da se testo poveže. Ili rukama, utrljajte maslac u brašno, pa dodajte ostale sastojke i umesite testo. Ohladite ga 30 minuta u frižideru.
Ohlađeno testo razvucite na debljinu od 3 mm i isecite ga u veličini pleha. Obložite plehove testom i izbockajte viljuškom. Stavite ih u zamrzivač na 20'. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 15'. Ohladite.
Za fil, istopite usitnjenu čokoladu sa slatkom pavlakom i napunite testo. Ostavite da se stegne.

Snickers Tart

 Ingredients for the pastry for 6 tarts 10cm in diameter:
  • 225gr flour
  • 150gr cold butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp milk
for the filling:
  • 6x50gr snickers bars
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
For the dough, put the flour and diced butter in the multiprocessor and pulse a couple of times. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and milk and pulse to get a ball of dough. Or rub the butter into the flour, add the other ingredients and knead the dough. Chill for 30'.
Roll the dough to 3mm thickness and cut in a size of the molds. Line the molds with the dough and freeze for 20'. Bake in the preheated oven to 200C for 15'. Cool completely.
For the filling, melt the chopped chocolate with the cream. Fill the pastry case with the filling and let set.

Štrudlice sa trešnjama / Cherry Rolls

Štrudlice sa trešnjama

Potrebno za fil:

  • 500gr trešanja
  • 100gr šećera
  • 2 kašike gustina
za testo:
  • 250ml toplog mleka
  • 150gr šećera
  • 20-tak grama svežeg kvasca
  • 90gr maslaca
  • 2 jaja
  • 1/2 kašičice soli
  • oko 600gr brašna
i još:
  • 2 kašike mleka
  • 2 kašike maslaca
  • malo šećera i cimeta
Priprema:
Prvo pripremite fil. Pomešati trešnje, šećer i 4 kašike vode. Staviti na vatru i kuvati oko 10'. Skloniti sa vatre i izgnječiti trešnje viljuškom. Vratiti na vatru. Promešati gustin sa malo vode, dodati u trešnje i kuvati par minuta da se fil zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti fil da se ohladi.
Za testo rastvoriti kvasac u malo toplog mleka sa kašičicom šećera i brašna i ostaviti da zapeni. U ostatak mleka istopiti maslac. Pomešati mleko, ostatak šećera, jaja, so, narasli kvasac i  sa brašnom zamesiti testo. Pokriti ga i ostaviti na toplom da naraste.
Na pobrašnjenoj površini razvući koru i iseći je na pravougaonike. Svaki filovati trešnjama i urolati . Poređati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i ostaviti ih još jednom da narastu. Istopiti 2 kašike maslaca, dodati 2 kašike mleka i premazati štrudlice. Posuti sa malo šećera i cimeta. Peći štrudlice na 180C da lepo porumene.

Cherry Rolls

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 500gr cherries
  • 100gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
for the dough:
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 150gr sugar
  • about 20gr fresh yeast
  • 90gr butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • about 600gr flour
and:
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • a little bit of sugar and cinnamon
Directions:
First, make the filling. Mix cherries, sugar and 4 tbsp of water. Put on a heat and cook for 10'. Remove from the heat and mash with a fork. Put back on the fire. Mix the cornstarch with a little bit of water and pour into the cherries. Cook for a couple of minutes. Remove form the heat and cool completely.
For the dough, dissolve the yeast in a little bit of milk with one teaspoon of sugar and flour and let stand until foamy. In the rest of the warm milk melt the butter. Mix the milk, the rest of the sugar, eggs, salt, yeast mixture and with a flour knead the dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place until doubled in size. 
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Cut it into a smaller rectangle. Spread some of the filling on each piece of dough and roll them up. Arrange the rolls on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let stand until puffy. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter, add the milk and brush this over the rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the preheated oven to 180C until nicely golden brown.

Salata sa krastavcem / Cucumber Salad

Salata sa krastavcem

Potrebno:

  • 200gr šunke
  • 300gr kravljeg sira
  • 200gr kisele pavlake
  • 1 veći krastavac
  • so, biber
Priprema:
Šunku, sir i krastavac iseći na kockice i pomešati sa pavlakom. Začiniti po ukusu. Ohladiti kratko, jer krastavac pušta vodu.

Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
  • 200gr ham
  • 300gr white cheese (feta...)
  • 200gr sour cream
  • 1 large cucumber
  • salt,pepper
Directions:
Cut in small cubes the ham, cheese and cucumber and mix with sour cream. Season by taste and chill, but not for too long because the cucumber will release the water.

Cheesecake sa limunom i jagodama / Lemon and Strawberry Cheesecake

Potrebno za koru:

  • 200gr mlevenog keksa
  • 50gr istopljenog maslaca
  • 1,5 kašika šećera
  • 1,5 kašika limončela ili soka od limuna
za fil:

  • 500gr sitnog sira
  • 250gr maskarponea
  •  50gr šećera
  • 2 kašike meda
  • 3 jaja
  • kora i sok jednog limuna
 za preliv:

  • jagode
  • džem od jagode
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 150C.Dno pleha prečnika 24cm obložiti papirom za pečenje.
Za koru, pomešati keks, maslac, šećer i limončelo i utisnuti u pleh. Staviti u fižider dok spremate fil.
Za fil, umutiti sve sastojke.* Sipati preko kore i peći oko 1 sat i 15 minuta. Na dno rerne stavite šerpicu sa vrelom vodom.
Kada je cheesecake pečen, izvadite ga iz rerne i oštrim nožem odvojite ga od ivica pleha, pa vratite u isključenu rernu sa odškrinutim vratima da se ohladi. Ohlađen kolač staviti preko noći u frižider.
Na ohlađen cheesecake poređajte jagode koje premažete sa malo zagrejanog džema.

*Cheesecake uvek spremam u multipraktiku. Sameljem sastojke za koru, prebrišem ga ubrusom, ubacim sastojke za fil, pulsiram nekoliko puta i cheesecake je gotov.

Lemon And Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients for the base:
  • 200gr ground biscuits
  • 50gr melted butter
  • 1,5 tbsp sugar
  • 1,5 tbsp limoncello or lemon juice
for the filling:
  • 500gr cottage cheese
  • 250gr mascarpone cheese
  • 50gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 eggs
  • grated zest and juice from one lemon
for the topping:
  • strawberries
  • strawberry jam
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 150C. Line a bottom of 24cm round pan with parchment paper.
For the base, mix the ground biscuits, butter, sugar and limoncello. Press it into the pan and chill while preparing the filling.
For the filling, whisk all the ingredients and pour over the base. Bake for 1 hour 15'. At the bottom of the oven put a saucepan with hot water.
When the cheesecake is baked take it out of the oven, using a sharp knife gently separate the cake from the pan and put it back in the oven to cool completely. Open the oven door slightly. Cool cheesecake chill over night in the fridge.
Arrange the strawberries on the cheesecake and brush them with a warm jam.

Čorba sa kukuruzom i piletinom / Corn Soup With Chicken

Čorba sa kukuruzom i piletinom

Potrebno:
  • pola praziluka ili jedan manji crni luk
  • 2 čena belog luka
  • 1 kašičica kurkume
  • 500gr kukuruza
  • 1 veći krompir
  • 1 litar supe ili vode
  • 50ml mleka
  • 50ml pavlake za kuvanje
  • oko 500gr pilećeg filea
  • pola kašičice mlevene paprike
  • par kašika ulja
  • so,biber
Priprema:

Piletinu iseći na tanke trakice,dodati mlevenu papriku,so,biber i ulje. Promešati i ostaviti oko pola sata u frižideru.
Za čorbu,na malo ulja ispržiti sitno seckan luk. Kada luk omekša dodati sitno seckan beli luk i propržiti ga 20-tak sekundi. Zatim dodati i kurkumu i propržiti 10-tak sekundi dok ne zamiriše. Dodati kukuruz, krompir sečen na kockice i naliti supom. Dovesti do ključanja, smanjiti vatru i poklopljeno kuvati oko 20 minuta da povrće omekša. Ispasirati čorbu ručnim blenderom ili u seckalici i za svilenkastu teksturu procediti je. Proceđenu čorbu vratiti na vatru, dodati mleko i pavlaku i začiniti po ukusu (so i biber). Kada čorba proključa, skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti da se prohladi.
U međuvremenu ispržiti piletinu (bez dodatka ulja) da porumeni sa svih strana.

Sipati čorbu u tanjir ili činiju i služiti uz trakice piletine.

Corn Soup With Chicken

Ingredients:
  • half a leek or one small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 500gr corn
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 liter soup or water
  • 50ml milk
  • 50ml heavy cream
  • about 500gr chicken breast, no bone or skin
  • half a teaspoon paprika
  • a couple of tablespoons oil
  • salt,pepper
Directions:
Cut the chicken in thin strips, add the paprika, salt, pepper and oil. Mix and put in a fridge for half an hour.
For the soup, heat some oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onion and cook until it softens. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 20 more seconds. Then add the turmeric and cook for 10 seconds. Add the corn, diced potato and pour in the soup. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook cover for 20' or until the vegetables are soften. Blend the soup and for a silky texture strain it. Put the soup back on a heat, pour in the milk and cream and season by taste. When it boils, remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile fry the chicken, without adding any more oil, until golden brown on each side.
Ladle the soup in a bowl and top with chicken strips.

Zapečene trešnje i pečene krofnice sa trešnjama / Baked Cherries and Baked Cherry Doughnuts

Zapečene trešnje

Potrebno za dve posudice prečnika oko 10cm:

  • oko 100 gr trešanja
  • 4 kašike istopljenog maslaca
  • 30gr mlevenih badema
  • 50gr žutog šećera
  • 2 jaja
  • 3 kašike milerama ili kisele pavlake
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 200C. U posudice poređati trešnje.
Umutiti žicom maslac, bademe i šećer. Dodati jaja i mileram i sve umutiti. Sipati preko trešanja i peći 20'. Služiti mlako.

Pečene krofnice sa trešnjama

Potrebno:
  • 120ml mleka
  • 60gr maslaca
  • 1/2 kašičice sirćeta
  • vanila
  • 1 jaje
  • 140gr brašna
  • 100gr šećera
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
  • prstohvat soli
  • oko 200gr trešanja isečenih na četvrtine
  • maslac i brašno za kalup
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 180C. Podmazati i posuti brašnom kalupe za krofne.
U šerpici pomešati mleko, maslac, sirće i so i lagano zagrevati da se sve istopi i sjedini. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati jaje, brašno, šećer, prašak za pecivo i so. Sve sjediniti, a zatim lagano umešati i trešnje. Rasporediti masu u kalupe i peći oko 13-15'. Malo prohladiti i izvaditi iz kalupa. Posuti krofne šećerom u prahu.

Baked Cherries

Ingredients for two 10cm round ramekins:
  • about 100gr cherries
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 30gr ground almonds
  • 50gr yellow sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp creme fraiche
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200C. Arrange the cherries into ramekins.
Whisk the butter, almonds and sugar. Add the eggs and creme fraiche. Pour over the cherries and bake for 20'. Serve warm.

Baked Cherries Doughnuts

Ingredients:
  • 120ml milk
  • 60gr butter
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 140gr flour
  • 100gr sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • about 200gr cherries cut in quarters
  • butter and flour for the pan
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and dust with flour a doughnut pan.
Put a milk, butter, vinegar and vanilla in a small saucepan and heat gently to melt and combine. Remove from the heat and add an egg, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk all together and finally gently incorporate the cherries. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for 13-15'. Cool slightly and remove the doughnuts from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
