Čokoladni mus sa medom / Chocolate Mousse With Honey

Čokoladni mus sa medom

Potrebno:

  • 500ml slatke pavlake (nezaslađene)
  • 230 gr crne čokolade sa što većim procentom kakaoa
  • 3 kašičice meda
Priprema:
Pomešati trećinu slatke pavlake, usitnjenu čokoladu i med i staviti na vatru da se sve istopi i poveže. Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti da se prohladi dok umutite ostatak pavlake u ne mnogo čvrst šlag. Sipati istopljenu čokoladu i brzo promešati. Sipati u male činijice, čaše i dobro ohladiti.

Chocolate Mousse With Honey

Ingredients:
  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 170gr dark chocolate with high percent cocoa solids
  • 3 tsp honey
Directions:
Melt one third of the cream, chopped chocolate and honey. Remove from the heat and let cool while you whip the rest of the heavy cream to the soft-peak stage. Pour the melted chocolate into the cream and quickly stir. Pour into small ramekins or glasses and chill well.

  1. Ovaj mousse mi fantastično izgleda, a ovaj dodatak meda jako dobro zvuči, obavezno ga isprobavam !
